MeetDr Ewald Crause
People come to me for support. A holding space where what feels overwhelming or impossible can be discussed, unpacked, and turned into manageable steps and actions. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in mental health, public service education settings, and team leadership roles across South Africa and New Zealand, helping individuals and organisations make sense of complex challenges.
I work with people at different stages of life:
- Youth and young adults adjusting to developmental changes, academic stress, and early career decisions.
- Mid-career professionals managing burnout, work transitions, or redefining their goals.
- Men facing the silent pressures of work, family, and identity, who often feel they need to “handle it alone.”
- Organisations and public-sector teams who need to understand mental-health trends, quantify needs, and use data to guide resourcing and service delivery.
Intellimind Psychology was created for people and teams who want support that is both personal and practical. Sometimes that’s therapy, sometimes it’s professional training, and sometimes it’s turning data into strategies that make systems work better.
The goal is simple: to help people and organisations build capacity to be actively involved in managing life and create change that lasts.
